Ingredients

¾ cup Almond milk or coconut milk

½ cup Pineapple Chunks

½ banana (frozen)

½ cup Kale

1 teaspoon Lemon – freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon Ginger

2 tablespoons Chia

Blend until smooth and creamy.
