Cancellation of the order must occur within 30 days after the initial purchase. We will refund the purchase amount minus a 4% transaction fee. After your test has shipped, we will refund the purchase amount minus a 4% transaction fee and $50 for shipping (for US orders) or minus $150 for international orders.
