Sleepy Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces almond milk (unsweetened)

1 bag chamomile tea – Biodynamic® Heirloom Chamomile Tea Bags

½ teaspoon almond extract or vanilla extract

½ teaspoon organic lavender buds or use chamomile lavender tea – get relaxed® – No.14 Tea for Relieving Stress

*Optional – Add honey

 

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan
  2. Heat the almond milk until hot, not boiling
  3. Add the chamomile tea and lavender buds
  4. Allow the tea to steep for 5-6 minutes
  5. Remove tea bags and strain out the lavender buds
  6. Pour into a teacup
  7. Stir in the almond or vanilla extract
  8. Sweeten with honey, to taste
  9. Unwind & relax
