Salt and Soda Bath Recipe

Improve sleep by incorporating a relaxing ritual such as salt and soda baths.   Combine 1/2 cup of Epsom salts with 1/2 cup of baking soda in warm water.   Add a couple drops of a relaxing essential oil if desired.   Soak for 20 minutes.
